Rolling Plains Construction believes no phase of work has a higher priority than safety. We recognize that without the most important component of our business, the employees, we would not be the company we are today. We, as a company, put safety first as we recognize that we are family, not by blood but by choice.
Training our men and women is a major part of how we, as a company, work to protect our workers. Regardless of what office or region our employees are hired into, they complete an extensive onboarding process consisting of drug screening, safety orientation, site orientation, hands-on and online training; all of which are related to our scope of work and other topics we feel help to reduce the risk of injury to our employees. Rolling Plains field personnel are all either OSHA 10 or 30 trained. CPR/First Aid/AED training is required for all Foreman and is offered to any field personnel interested in receiving the certification. All Foreman are certified as Competent Persons for Fall Protection and Rolling Scaffold amongst other specialty areas.
