Although the journey encountered a bump halfway through stage 3 with left-front damage from a significant crash, the team's determination never wavered.

At Rolling Plains Construction (RPC), dedication and hard work are not just values but a way of life. As the company celebrated Women in Construction Week (WICWeek) this year, it was an opportunity to spotlight the remarkable contributions of women within the industry and within the RPC family.

To kick off WICWeek 2024, RPC shared a poignant photo captured six years ago, marking the last day at the "Old Shop." In the image were the daughters of RPC Owner Robert Shippy, symbolizing a legacy deeply rooted in family and tradition. Samantha, the eldest daughter, now serves as the Lead Estimator, alongside Skye, another esteemed member of the RPC team. Since the closure of the old shop, RPC has soared to new heights, establishing itself as a dominant force in the fireproofing industry.
